Meet Archievery v3

Back in July we gave you a little peek at v3. Today we want to show you the whole picture, or at least everything that's ready to show.
If you're new here: Archievery is a home for Roblox groups. It's where your group's ranks, XP, medals and members live, on a website you can open from anywhere. Whether you lead a clan of 500 or joined your first one last week, v3 is built so you always know where you stand.
Why we started over
The first versions of Archievery was a Discord bots tied to a Roblox group. It worked, but everything depended on two platforms we don't control, so a clan was always one change on someone else's side away from something breaking. (Which we've seen a lot of lately)
So for v3 I stepped back and asked what a group really needs. The answer was a place of its own. In v3 your group exists on Archievery in its own right. The website is the main way in, and the bot becomes one way among several.
Your clan, with or without a Roblox group
You don't need a Roblox group to start a clan anymore. Make one, name it, and build it however you like.
Already have a group? Make a Linked Clan instead. Your group stays the place people join, and Archievery adds the ranks, XP and recognition on top of it.
Leaders of a Linked Clan build their own rank ladder too, and tie each rank to a role in the group.
See exactly where you stand
Open your clan and the first thing you see is you. Your card shows your XP, your rank, and how close you are to the next one. No more asking an officer or digging through a spreadsheet to find out.
Below that is the whole clan. Search for anyone by username, filter by rank, or sort by XP to see who's putting in the work.

Ranks that mean something
Every clan runs differently, so v3 lets leaders build their own rank ladder. Make as many ranks as you need, drag them into order, and decide how each one works.
Some ranks are earned. Set an XP threshold, and members who reach it are promoted automatically, without waiting for someone to notice. Other ranks are given by hand, and leaders can keep those out of automatic promotions completely.
Each rank also gets its own permissions. Your clan decides who can hand out XP, who can promote and demote, and who can set exact values. Trusted officers get the exact tools they need, and nobody else does.

Medals for the moments that matter
XP shows effort over time. Medals mark the moments: your first event, a tournament win, a year in the clan. Leaders make medals with their own name and emoji and award them to members.
Won the tournament three times? The same medal can be awarded again, and it shows how many times you've earned it. Every member can open the clan's Medals page to see what there is to earn and which ones they already have.
Bring your Discord along
Connect your clan's Discord server, and your medals can use that server's own custom emoji.
You can also link your Discord account to your Roblox account from Settings. Then the Archievery bot knows who you are, so you can check your XP without leaving Discord.
Your history stays yours
Clans change. People take breaks, groups get reshuffled, and sometimes you leave and come back. In v3, leaving a Linked Clan's Roblox group doesn't wipe you out. Your XP and medals are kept, so if you return, your progress is right where you left it.
One account for all your Roblox accounts
Plenty of players have more than one Roblox account. With v3 you sign in once and manage all of them from a single Archievery account.
That account stays private. Other people only ever see your Roblox name. Your email and how you sign in are never shown to anyone else.
Built for a young community
Archievery is for players 13 and up, and most of the people writing clan names and medal notes are teenagers. We're taking that seriously.
Clan leaders can blacklist people from their own clan, for good or for a set time. On top of that, our staff can remove people who break the rules from Archievery entirely. If a banned person owns a clan, the clan is frozen so they can't keep running it, and its members aren't punished for it. A ban on Archievery never touches anyone's Roblox account or group.
We're writing a full post on how we keep Archievery safe, including the reporting tools we're building next.
What's coming next
v3 isn't finished, and we'd rather tell you what's planned than pretend it's done. Here's what we're working on:
- More from Discord. Your clan's activity will post to a channel you choose, and Discord roles and nicknames will follow your rank.
- Reporting. A report button on clan pages, with reports reviewed by real people.
- An API for developers, designed so you can build on top of us, like an in-game leaderboard.
Come take a look
v3 is in private beta right now, and we're opening it up step by step. Here's how to keep up until then:
- Join the waitlist and we'll let you know the moment v3 opens up.
- Join our Discord to talk to us directly, ask questions and tell us what you want to see. [Link: Discord invite]
- Follow this blog for updates as new features land.
More soon.
